Natural foods are astounding healers that are far too often overlooked – it seems that doctors tend to prefer prescribing medications over adjusting patients’ diets – but I also don’t think “unnatural” foods should be admonished; sure, they’re less healthful, but the occasional fast food meal won’t take years off ones life. Everything in moderation, I say.

At boarding school in England, many of our outings were horse-related, so I’ve been to a fair few races. They’re such fun- especially the picnics!
